s90, LLC ("s90," "we," "us") provides managed IT services from 4590 MacArthur Blvd Fl 5, Newport Beach, CA 92660. This policy applies to s90.com. It does not govern information s90 processes in providing services to clients, which is governed by the applicable client agreement and related terms.

We collect information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and anything you include when you book a call, request a sample Posture Report or contact us.

When you use the site, we and service providers supporting the site may also automatically collect information such as your IP address, pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, date and time of access, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This information may be collected using cookies and similar technologies.

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct calls, provide materials you request, send related communications, operate and improve the site, understand site usage, maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with applicable law.

If you receive marketing emails from us, you may unsubscribe using the link included in those emails.

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that support functions such as website hosting, contact management, scheduling, email delivery, analytics and security. Their handling of information is subject to their agreements with us and applicable law.

This site is intended for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
